**Keep in mind that our neighbors Tippy's close for a period of time in September and October. Please call them for details. Tippy's is also next door to our Purple Papaya cottage, therefore you may hear some island vibes and tunes while outside, (this is of course out of our control).**

**Please also keep in mind that Eleuthera is a secluded island, therefore at times the island may shut off the water, internet, cable, or electricity. Water pressure can be low as well, but this is all due to being on a secluded island, so please be patient with us. Any of this issues will not result in the guest getting compensated since this is out of our control**

We kindly ask that if you have any issues please contact us to rectify any situations, we will do our best to do what we can. Eleuthera is on island time, so please be aware that sometimes when an issue arises, we need to find someone to fix it, and it may not always be as fast as we would like it to be. This is how the island runs.

We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance, which is available for purchase when booking with us. We have a strict cancellation policy.

Due to mother nature there is coral reefs in front of the cottages, however the reefs come and go during the tides. This is out of our control if the reef is exposed or not. Guests must use their discretion while swimming near the reefs. We suggest water shoes when swimming near the reefs.

If guests are tardy or depart early, they also will not be compensated for the time they missed. Guests will be charged if they access our cottages early or depart late from the cottages.
